SS316 Metal Super Mini Ring
Metal Super Mini Ring, also called metal flat ring, is an advanced type of random tower packing. It is designed with a short open-ring structure and a height-to-diameter ratio of about 0.2–0.4. The unique inward-curved arc ribs enhance strength and stability, while also ensuring efficient mass transfer. Compared with traditional Pall Ring, Metal Super Mini Ring can improve mass transfer effects by more than 20%.
Metal Super Mini Ring is widely used in chemical and petrochemical industries for its excellent structural advantages. The thin wall and large void ratio allow for high flux and low resistance. Its symmetrical arced fins improve liquid distribution, reduce droplet agglomeration, and promote repeated dispersion and redispersion of droplet clusters. This unique process increases separation efficiency, reduces axial back-mixing, and ensures stable operation in both gas-liquid and liquid-liquid systems.

Applications
