Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser

Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser can be attached singly or in pairs to various rectangular and round tubes (made of ABS material) using suitable adapters. The membranes are crafted from top-tier EPDM material and are provided with either fine or coarse-bubble perforations. The support tubes (constructed from ABS or PVC material) can be reused when replacing the membranes. These units deliver optimal performance at minimal cost and necessitate low maintenance.

EPDM Membrane Material

EPDM Membrane Material is fabricated through compression molding with a standard cure, low plasticizer content, and perforations of 1mm or 2mm. Utilizing modern equipment for compression molding, which incorporates individual thermocouples and vacuum technology, ensures the production of consistently high-quality products.

Siliccon Membrane Material

Silicone Membrane Material boasts high temperature and chemical resistance distinct from other materials. Silicone, being inorganic, provides exceptional resistance to many organic wastes. Our formulation is engineered to resist tearing and creep while generating fine bubbles with minimal headloss.
