Пластиковые теллеры розетка кольцо PP, PE, RPP, ПВХ, CPVC, PVDF

Plastic Tellerette Rosette Ring, also known as Plastic Teller Rosette Ring, was invented by Tell A.J. in 1956. It features several small rings arranged within a larger ring to increase liquid holdup and enhance gas-liquid contact time. This packing offers high free volume, low pressure drop, uniform gas-liquid distribution, and high mass transfer efficiency. It is available in various materials, shapes, and sizes to suit different applications.

Also known as Teller Rosette Ring or Telleratte Rosette Ring, this packing was first designed by A. J. Teller in 1954. It features a flower-like structure made up of 12 or more small loops arranged within a larger ring. This geometry ensures excellent liquid distribution and high mass transfer efficiency.

Structure and Materials

Available in materials such as PP, PE, RPP, PVC, CPVC, and PVDF, each suited for specific temperature and chemical environments. The operating temperature range is typically 60–150°C, with PVDF offering the highest resistance.

Common diameters include 25 mm, 47 mm, 51 mm, 59 mm, 73 mm, 95 mm, and 145 mm, each with different ring counts and performance profiles.

Основные характеристики

  • High Void Ratio: Typically 82–95%, ensuring low blockage risk and excellent fluid flow.
  • Low Pressure Drop: Streamlined channels reduce resistance and save energy.
  • Superior Gas-Liquid Contact: Retains more liquid for prolonged mass transfer interaction.
  • High Flooding Point: Efficient performance even under high load conditions.
  • Corrosion Resistance & Lightweight: Easy to transport, install, and resistant to chemical attack.

Приложения

  • Gas absorption, scrubbing, and desulfurization systems
  • Gas-liquid contact towers such as purification towers, cooling towers, and deoxidizers
  • Used in chemical, petroleum refining, power plants, and environmental engineering industries

Advantages Summary

  • High throughput and low energy consumption
  • Strong resistance to fouling and clogging
  • Corrosion-resistant options for harsh environments
  • Lightweight and easy to install, cost-effective

Usage Recommendations

Select material based on operating conditions—use PP for general use, PVDF for high temperature or corrosive media. Choose ring size based on tradeoff between surface area, pressure drop, and tower capacity. For heavy-duty conditions, use rings with higher void fraction and loading tolerance.
