Plastic Super Intalox Saddle, also known as Plastic Intalox Saddle, is an improved version of the traditional intalox saddle. It features a shell-like curved surface with serrated edges and larger openings, enhancing the connection between the inner and outer surfaces of the filler. This design combines the benefits of both ring-type and saddle-type packing, offering a large flux capacity and efficient liquid distribution. With low pressure drop and high mass transfer efficiency, the Plastic Super Intalox Saddle outperforms other packing types. It provides superior liquid distribution and increased gas flow, offering less resistance, higher flux, and improved efficiency compared to the Pall ring. This durable, easy-to-handle packing is widely used in various applications for its excellent performance.
